Course purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to access the lesson library. Consults purchase a scheduled block of educational consulting time. Neither is a medical service.

Course purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, by writing to the contact address. Consults are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled call; inside 48 hours the session is forfeited, though it can usually be rescheduled once.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not retroactively refund prior months.

Don't share your login, redistribute the lesson material, or resell access. These are the only rules and violating them ends access without a refund.
