Work with me directly

For cases that have been going on a while, where a lot has already been tried and none of it quite worked. We look at your actual history instead of general principles.

I’m not a physician and I don’t diagnose or prescribe. This is educational consulting that works alongside your medical care.

How it works

Three steps, no mystery

01

Choose and check out

Pick the depth that matches your case below. You schedule immediately after checkout, so the time you pick is a time that is actually held for you.

02

Your background, before we meet

Most first appointments get spent explaining your history. Here you send it ahead: a guided timeline plus any labs and protocols you have. I read all of it before we meet, so the call starts with answers.

03

The call, then a written plan

We work through what you have already tried and where the load is most likely sitting. You leave with a sequenced protocol in writing, plus questions worth bringing to your physician.

Be honest with yourself

When this isn't the right call

I'd rather turn down the booking than take money for something I can't help with.

  • You need a diagnosis. That requires a physician, and I can't diagnose anything.
  • You want me to prescribe, adjust, or take you off medication. I can't and won't.
  • You're in an acute crisis. That's an urgent care or ER conversation, today.
  • You're looking for a guaranteed cure. Nobody honest will sell you one.

Questions

Common ones

Are you a medical doctor?

No. My Ph.D. is in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell, where my doctoral work applied thermodynamics to both mechanical systems and human biology. I'm a Certified Functional Medicine Health Consultant, nutritionist, and CrossFit Level-2 trainer. I don't diagnose conditions, order treatment, or manage medication. That's your physician's job, and this material is designed to make those appointments more productive, not to replace them.

Will this cure my autoimmune condition?

No, and be skeptical of anyone who says otherwise. What I can offer is a structured way to understand what drives inflammation across three interacting systems, so you stop guessing. I reached clinical remission in my own case of Ankylosing Spondylitis and published it as a case report. That's one case, mine, and it isn't a promise about yours.

What's the actual framework?

Three systems: neuro-endocrine function, the intestinal-immune axis, and detox pathways. Each one influences the others, which is why single-variable fixes so often stall. The course works through them in order, because sequence is most of the difficulty.

Do I need the course before booking a consult?

No. If your case is complex or long-running, start with the consult, which is usually the faster path. If you're early and mostly need a foundation, the course covers far more ground per dollar.
